Bespoke Weddings, Love Affirmations, Vow Renewals & Naming Celebrations

Certified Celebrant for professional & Bespoke Weddings, Love Affirmations, Vow Renewals, Naming Ceremonies & Other Life Celebrations.
“Love knows no reason, no boundaries, no distance. It has a sole intention of bringing people together to a time called forever .”

I became a celebrant as two of my close friends are getting married and cannot do so within the bounds of the religion they grew up with. This exclusionary aspect to religion has never sat well with me, so I decided to do something about it!
I was certified by the Irish Institute of Celebrants in Family Celebrancy, so now I can officiate at all major life events. I cannot wait to help my friends (and you!) to organise, plan and to celebrate their big day!
I am a wife and mother to two beautiful children and in my spare time I am a secondary school teacher with a background in directing theatre. So family gatherings, excited crowds and unusual venues are all part of my repertoire.
I have a relaxed, informal style with the polish of experience and professionalism that you would expect from an officiant. I am open to incorporating religious elements and I welcome more risqué or alternative styles too.
If you have any questions or queries please contact me here or through my various social media channels. I would be thrilled to assist you in any way.
I will create a bespoke, unique, extraordinary wedding ceremony for you.
We will have an initial consultation after which we will meet again for a longer ‘get to know you’ chat. I will be on standby for any questions or additions you may wish to include in your ceremony. I will keep our conversation casual in an aim to quell any nervousness you may feel. I can provide written material and advise on music, should you wish to seek my advice.
I can centre the ceremony around a number of aspects: your love story, hand-fasting, the exchange of vows etc. I am open to no participants and to many.
I would also be delighted to provide a unique ceremony for Love Affirmations; a celebration of your relationship. A “wedding” can also be a declaration & celebration of love without the legal marriage documents – it’s about what you want and how I can help.
Please be aware that I am not a legal solemniser, you still have to give three month notice of your intention to be married. (Yes, I have been asked to officiate an elopement and yes, three months is the absolute minimum time. You must also be over the age of 18.)

I would be delighted to host a vow renewal ceremony for you. Reliving the best parts of your original wedding day and incorporating the new elements of your life spent together so far.
I would meet you a number of times before the occasion and together we will create something special to mark your shared lives.
This event can be a recreation of your wedding, or a whole new celebration. You can renew your vows in a formal setting, your garden or a maybe even a very special location to you and your family. I would be delighted to hear from you about what you would like!

This is a huge consideration for many couples when deciding their wedding day.
My price is based on a number of factors: what ceremony do you require? How far away is the ceremony? Are there parking and refreshment costs? Do I have to supply candles etc? Please contact me for more details, I am more than happy to come to an agreement with you.
As long as you require. It can all be over in fifteen minutes or you can add elements to make it longer in duration.
In short, wherever and whenever your heart desires. This is the freedom of having an officiant that is not tied to a religious or legal structure. If you want you can have children or dogs take part, skate down the aisle, have it in a barn with your horses -nothing is out of bounds!
Yes! If you have a parent or grandparent that needs to hear a prayer before they believe you are ‘really’ married, that is no problem. Your ceremony is a reflection of your beliefs and culture and you can add whatever is meaningful to you.
Not at all. You don’t have to have the white dress, walk down the aisle, exchange rings etc. I will assist you in creating a day that truly reflects your wishes and desires. I will propose various elements typical of a secular ceremony and between you and your partner, you can decide what you want to incorporate. My aim is to make you feel as comfortable as possible.
As I cannot do the legalities of your marriage, I can “marry” you whenever you choose!
This celebration would have no standing in law, but a lot of people will witness your commitment to each other. Couples often book the celebrant at the same time as their venue.
For non-wedding celebrations, as long as my diary is free, I am available to you!
